A Call for Participation in the Benchmark Survey on Transforming the Domino Platform

Online survey asks participants about plans for transforming their Lotus Notes and Domino platform in exchange for periodic summaries and a complimentary copy of the final report so they can compare their plans to their peers

NEWARK, NJ – May 19, 2009 – Binary Tree announced today the call for participation in the Benchmark Survey on Transforming the Domino Platform.  This online survey will enable participants to compare their plans for transforming their Lotus Notes and Domino platforms with that of their peers with periodic summaries of the responses as well as a complimentary copy of the final benchmark survey report.

The survey collects core data points like how many users they support, what industry and geographical region they are in, and which versions of the client and server software are currently in use.  Beyond the basic data points, the survey also explores issues such as their plans for upgrading the Domino platform, for consolidating domains and servers, for migrating the platform to a cloud computing service or a different on-premises platform, and the reasons behind their initiatives.

The quick, 15-question survey can be completed securely online and the participants’ personal and organizational data will remain private and will not be made public.

The Benchmark Survey on Transforming the Domino Platform will remain open for responses until August 31, 2009.  Periodic summaries of all responses to date will be distributed to participants via email at the beginning of each month and the final benchmark survey report will be published in September.

To preview the questions and to participate, visit our home page at www.binarytree.com for a link to the survey.
